Connect ONE® Expands Commercial Fire Alarm Integration with New GeoView Capabilities and Enhanced Event Monitoring

Monument, Colo., November 12, 2025 —The Connect ONE® cloud platform from Connected Technologies continues to advance its role as a comprehensive building management solution with expanded commercial fire alarm integration and new GeoView Mapping capabilities for Edwards, Notifier/Firelite, and Mircom control panels.

Unified Event Management Across Security and Fire Systems

The Connect ONE update enhances event capture, monitoring, and control for both security and fire alarm systems, giving users a single, unified dashboard that supports emergency response, mass notification, and real-time situational awareness.

Key enhancements include:

  • Environmental monitoring through temperature, humidity, and CO2 sensors through the same network gateway connected to the fire alarm control panel.
  • Real-time alerts via email, text message, or app push notification.
  • Unified management of fire alarm and security events with mass notification capabilities.

GeoView Mapping for Enhanced Visualization

With the new GeoView Mapping integration, users create virtual zones and points plotted on satellite or floor plan maps to visualize system status in real time. Fire alarm zone and point data automatically update via full- data capture from the fire alarm printer output connected to a serial network gateway.

GeoView, an award-winning Google Maps feature, allows users to instantly assess alarms and access building floor plans with point-and-click control of doors, outputs, and cameras all from one screen. Map overlays combine satellite imagery, facility layouts, and camera views for complete situational awareness.

“Connect ONE continues to expand integrations that bring together life safety, security, and environmental systems,” said Dan Simon, Technical Director, Connected Technologies. “These enhancements allow our partners and end users to gain deeper visibility, faster response, and a more efficient way to manage their critical infrastructure.”
