Fire Alarm Zone/Point Status on GeoView Mapping from Edwards, Notifier/Firelite, and Mircom Control Panels
Enhanced Commercial Fire Alarm Integration
The Commercial Fire Alarm Integration has been expanded. This integration provides a unified dashboard for both security and fire alarm events, along with support for mass notification systems and instant event alerts via email, text message, and/or app push notifications.
Now, you can also create Virtual Zones/Points and plot them on GeoView Satellite or Floorplan Maps. Zone and point statuses automatically update through full-data capture from the fire alarm printer output connected to a serial network gateway.
Additionally, the same network gateway can support temperature sensors and combination temperature, humidity, and carbon dioxide sensors, enabling enhanced environmental monitoring services.

Camera Motion & Analytical Event Capture
Enhanced Video NVR Integration Supporting Camera Motion & Analytics
The Commercial Video NVR Integration has been expanded. This integration provides a unified dashboard for both security and video systems, offering live and playback viewing, including Video Verification of related intrusion and access control activity.
Now, you can create Virtual Zones to represent cameras for logging Motion & Analytical Activity, such as vehicle or person detection. Event Rules may be configured to capture snapshots from cameras for Archive Reporting and Real-Time Notifications.
Additionally, NVR Health Status can now be received and logged for improved system monitoring.
Compatible NVRs for this service are: ExacqVision, OpenEye, Digital Watchdog Spectrum, Hanwha Wisenet, EyeQ Monitoring, and Avigilon Alta (Ava Security).

We’re excited to announce a new usage-based pricing model designed to more fairly reflect actual application and system activity while providing greater value and flexibility.
Service Levels
ESSENTIAL
- Expanded to 60 days of event history
- Priced per system (includes 4 doors of access control logging)
- Expanded for up to 15 users and now includes System Permissions & Scheduling Management
- ESSENTIAL+ has been removed
PRO
- Includes many previously a-la-carte services (such as SMS and Wallet Cards)
- Offered in user-based tiers with 1 year of event history
- Priced per system (includes 4 doors of access control logging)
- Includes Assets, Cases, Safe Passage, & Emergency Messaging (CAP) Modules

Why the Change?
After evaluating existing customer systems, we found that the current pricing didn’t fully reflect the level of activity generated by users. The new model adjusts proportionally to actual usage, ensuring fairness while aligning costs with application and system activity.
This also creates new opportunities for your RMR (Recurring Monthly Revenue) to grow naturally as your customers’ user base expands—without requiring any site changes.
Simplifying
The cost per system (control panel) is now the same for both ESSENTIAL and PRO service levels, reduced in price, and includes 4 doors of access control logging plus zone status logging is included for up to 4 zones and live zone status updates for all zones at no extra charge.
The new pricing is effective for new customer accounts or upgrades only, device additions to existing customer accounts will be applied at the existing pricing. Please review the latest Price Guide from the Home tab of the Dealer Application.

Customer Management Portal
- Monitor Keyword Filter: A keyword filter has been added to all Monitor dashboard views, allowing quick searches to filter real-time activity and system status information.
Dealer Administrative Portal & System Updates
- DMP Firmware Version 254 Support: The new Holdup Zone type is now fully supported for receiving incoming events. Additionally, the new System Info option, which appends the panel serial number to events, can be used to authenticate incoming events when utilizing the panel’s communication paths for transmitting data into Connect ONE.
- TIP: Check the Configuration page for the Device as it includes recommended programming for the particular product and firmware version.
