Email, Text, or Push Notification Options Expanded [Show All]

1) Option added to Email, Text, or Push notifications to hide the system generated message and therefore only show the additional custom message provided in the notification action. This allows an event to trigger a completely custom notification message.
2) Option added to Email, Text, or Push notifications to send to the user which triggered the event.
