Your customers can now request additional features and services directly from the Connect ONE application. These additional features will not only make your customer stickier but also help to drive additional RMR for your company. Your customer may access the request form by clicking on the Request button at the top right of the screen or from the side menu. The request will be delivered to your support email address for your dealer account and a copy of the message will be sent to your customer.
This new feature is also designed to make sure you customers know all the services you can provide for them. Assuming they know your service offerings is a big mistake. Keep your customers in the know and always promote what you can do for them. We hope this new feature opens doors of opportunities.
