Customer Management Portal

Monitor Keyword Filter: A keyword filter has been added to all Monitor dashboard views, allowing quick searches to filter real-time activity and system status information.

Dealer Administrative Portal & System Updates

DMP Firmware Version 254 Support: The new Holdup Zone type is now fully supported for receiving incoming events. Additionally, the new System Info option, which appends the panel serial number to events, can be used to authenticate incoming events when utilizing the panel’s communication paths for transmitting data into Connect ONE.
TIP: Check the Configuration page for the Device as it includes recommended programming for the particular product and firmware version.
